By participating in this program, clients gain access to resources, professional insights, and personalized support to help them make informed decisions. Affiliation This program is offered by The Prosperity Group, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Boston NW, located at 1 Militia Drive, Lexington, MA 02421. Representation Agreement To fully benefit from the coaching plan, participants will be required to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement before beginning the home search process. This agreement ensures dedicated representation throughout the real estate transaction and outlines the scope of services provided. Participation Requirements Participants agree to: The coaching plan is complimentary for clients who sign a Buyer Representation Agreement with The Prosperity Group. If a participant chooses not to enter into a representation agreement, a coaching fee may apply. Confidentiality All personal and financial information shared during the program will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of facilitating the homebuying process. Termination The Prosperity Group reserves the right to terminate program participation at any time.
