Anne worked for over 15 years in the advertisement industry with major FMCG clients (Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser), and luxury brands such as Chanel, Givenchy, Emmanuel Ungaro, Jean Louis Scherrer. She opened her own agency, White Communications, in 2004 in Warsaw, Poland, and developed her clients' portfolio with references such as Air France, Carrefour, Apsys, Caelum, Novotel, Cetelem, the French Cultural Institute, the French Chamber of Commerce, Lilou, the City of Warsaw, among others. As the head of Communications at Mayland Real Estate, Casino Group, she was responsible for the communications strategy, successfully opening of 3 shopping malls in Poland, the corporate and real estate portfolio communications, as well as the participation in fairs including mapic, mipim In 2010, she expanded her path to become a successful visual artist, with more than 100 exhibitions in Europe, the United States, and Asia. In 2015, she moved to Boston with her family. She received several awards and prestigious grants including The Cambridge Arts Council and The Massachusetts Cultural Council. Her artworks can be found as part of private collections in France, the United Kingdom, the United States, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, and many other countries. Anne has been featured in the Boston Globe, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle Decoration, Artscope, as well as being a guest of honor on radio and television programming. She collects art and curates international exhibitions. In 2020, she launched Wonder Women Now, a Women Empowerment Art Project, celebrating the strength and resiliency of survivors of domestic violence. She received a Master’s degree in international Trade from La Sorbonne in Paris, France, and a harp diploma from the Aubervilliers-La Courneuve Dance & Music Conservatory. Anne speaks French, English, and Polish fluently.

​Meet Francine Moreira, a dedicated Realtor with a passion for providing the very best for her clients. Before her career in real estate, Fran opened a cleaning business in 2004 which is thriving today in the MetroWest area. She also acquired a laundromat in Somerville in 2009 and has a great understanding of business strategies for success. With a background in Psychology from Universidade Catolica in Brazil, Fran decided to come to the United States in 2002 to study English and made Massachusetts her home. She learned English at various institutions, including Kennesaw University in Georgia, the Center for Adult Education in Cambridge, and Harvard University. Apart from being a certified interpreter and translator by Boston University, Fran’s passion for real estate began in 2006 when she purchased her first property. This inspired a career change, and since then, she hasn't looked back. Fran is a resourceful, realistic, thoughtful, and detailed-oriented professional with excellent observation skills. She's always thinking ahead and is prepared for unexpected situations. What defines Fran is her dedication to her work and her strong work ethics. She's passionate about real estate and takes pride in providing exceptional service to her clients. Fran is married to a talented musician who's an amazing husband and father, and together, they're raising two lovely girls, who are 10 and 14 years old. When Fran isn't helping her clients build generational wealth through real estate, you can find her outdoors, enjoying her favorite outdoor activities like paddle-boarding, kayaking, and horseback riding. She loves to read historical fiction books and listen to podcasts. Alongside her role as a high school Spanish teacher at Newton North High School, Shaniece enjoys the real estate investment world and decided to get her license to further pursue this passion.
